The Henry Price Lodge A.F. & A.M.
Welcome to The Henry Price Lodge!
We are a philanthropic lodge that works to connect with our local communities through charitable donations to various non-profit organizations in the Boston area.
Established in 1854, we meet on the first Tuesday of every month (except July and August) and continue the great Masonic work of driving our Lodge forward and striving to achieve the common Masonic goal of becoming a ‘better man’ for our families, friends, fellow Brothers and ourselves.
If you are interested in joining the oldest and largest Fraternal organization in the world, or just curious, I invite you to explore our site and to contact us for an introduction.

About
The Henry Price Lodge
The Henry Price Lodge A.F. & A.M. is in Massachusetts’ First Masonic District and meets in the Boston Masonic Building, home of the Grand Lodge of Massachusetts. Boston is home to some of the oldest lodges in Massachusetts. Our roots date back to 1854. The men of The Henry Price Lodge are dedicated to a great ritualistic experience and education throughout the initiation process. We are also committed to philanthropy in our community, contributing both money and volunteer time to worthy non-profit organizations in the Greater Boston area. We also sponsor a monthly Masonic education lecture series, where we bring in expert speakers to explore the history, mysteries, and various other aspects of Freemasonry.
Our History
Named after the founder of Massachusetts Freemasonry and the first Grand Master of Masons in Massachusetts, The Henry Price Lodge has a rich history spanning over 150 years.
Formerly known as The Consolidated Lodge, the lodge was founded on August 19, 2004 by bringing together Price-Benton Lodge and Germania-Revere Lodge. Both aforementioned Lodges were compiled of several Lodges themselves. After a lengthy period of stability and success, the placeholder name “Consolidated” was formally replaced in 2023 to honor the legacy of Henry Price.
The Henry Price Lodge has merged seven Lodges over the course of 33 years, bringing together a rich history of Freemasonry within the Commonwealth. Our Lodge continues to operate under the original Charter for Germania Lodge, issued by the Grand Lodge of Massachusetts on December 13, 1854; initiated by Winslow Lewis.
